CHICKEN IN MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients:

30g butter
10 g olive oil
6 chicken thighs
150 g of mushrooms
3 garlic cloves.
2 tbsp mustard
80 ml of 20% whipping cream
Thyme


Preparation:

In a preheated skillet, melt the butter and add the olive oil.
Rub the chicken with paper towels to make the skin more flavorful. Put the chicken in the pan and fry until golden brown.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms. Fry them in the same pan. Add three cloves of garlic.
Pour in half a glass of water and add a couple of tablespoons of mustard.
Bring to a boil and add the whipping cream. Prepare the sauce for 10-15 minutes to thicken. At that stage add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce into a baking dish. Cautiously put the chicken thighs there with the golden skin facing up. Take the mold to the oven preheated to 180 ° С, and prepare for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and add the thyme leaves.

 CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE

Ingredients:

300 g of chicken fillet
50 g of flour
2 eggs
150 ml of milk
50 g of hard cheese
Italian herbs
Salt


Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet finely.
Beat the eggs with salt and milk, add the flour, baking powder and spices. Put the chicken in a baking dish, pour the prepared mixture on top.
Add the grated cheese and stir.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° С for 35-40 minutes.

 

CHICKEN IN CHEESE SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 chicken fillet
120 g of hard cheese
1 onion
1 clove garlic
A few slices of lemon
2 tbsp. Of olive oil
1 tbsp. Of flour
Basil
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Brush the chicken fillet with olive oil and rub it with salt and pepper.
Heat the pan and fry the chicken fillet in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown. Put the chicken on a plate and set it aside.
In the remaining oil in the pan, fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and basil for 2 minutes.
Mix the cheese with herbs, add the juice of half a lemon and its grated peel, beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Dissolve with water or broth. Cook the sauce for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
Put the chicken in the sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

 

CHICKEN TORTILLA

Ingredients:

1 chicken fillet
1 egg
1 tbsp. Of flour
1 tbsp. of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Finely chop the chicken fillet.
Stir the steak with the egg, flour, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper.
Fry in a pan preheated on both sides.

 

CHICKEN MILANESE

Ingredients:

1 chicken fillet
2 eggs
Ground bread
A few slices of lemon
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Soften the chicken fillet with a kitchen hammer. Rub it with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.
